Step 2: Recruitment Process
Based on your requirements, our Team will carry out the the recruitment and hiring process for you. We can take care of all the processes but in case you want to have the final interview with the candidates to personally choose your new employee, we can also set it up for you.
Your employee or your team will be ready to work for you in just 3-6 weeks after signing the contract.
Step 3: Holding Your Hand
We will be your support team for your offshore employees but it is important to note that all training and onboarding processes will be implemented by you and your in house team to help the offshore employees understand your internal systems and processes
